I got this shot 2 days ago for my new job and it's verisella vaccine first time this happened to me.

Looks like a localized reaction which can happen with any vaccine.  I would call your doctor if it doesn't go away or get better in a few days or if you develop other symptoms.  If that was your first varicella your going to need the second one to be fully immunized so this could happen again when you get the second immunization.

Does look like a local reaction, i would just keep an eye on it, if it gets worse or spreads, would call your doc to be on the safe side. This is just an immune response some people get with vaccinations. Also can report the adverse reaction to vaers.org. Always good so they can keep track
