WIC..?

What do I need to go fill out for WIC or can I do it online? Also, how long does it take after filling out paper work to get WIC? Thanks for any help!

I had to have an I'd and social security card. Filled out the paper work at the clinic, wasn't much at all, and I received my wic benefits that day. Didn't think it would be that easy and quick but it was.

Proof of income proof of pregnacy and valid ID you call to make an app and start reciving checks that day... milk eggs peanut butter wheat bread juice fresh fruit and veggies and cereal *in the state of Washington*

In Kansas I had to show my drivers license, proof of address, and proof of income! If you have a medical card they use that as proof of income. ☺️ like others have said it does depend on where your from!

Where do you live? In Houston,TX I called made an appointment, took my last check stub(if u have one), ID, proof of address, and social. They calculated my income (10min) and told me I waa approved and would be receiving benefits same day. They also took my weight, iron level and gave me books/dvd/backpack ect for baby information.

Um I think I just had to have my Id or drivers license, social security card and I showed them my paper of me being pregnant. I guess it depends on your state. But I think thats the usual.

You need to call your local health dept and set up an appointment to sign up for wic they will give you all the details

Depends on your state whether or not you can fill it out online or if you have to go in. It can be a lengthy process, but WIC is a great program! Worked with them a lot during nursing school. :)
