Low pinching pain?

Question

I'm 32 weeks...Occasionally (mostly later in the evening) I'll get a really hard belly and - sharp, pinchy feeling down really low. It hurts worse if I stand up straight...so I hunch over and go pee and that pretty much gets rid of the pain. First time mom here - so just wondering...are these Braxton hicks??

It could be braxton hicks or just ligament pain ,  it's actually annoying me when people talk about braxton hicks because people say its painful and other people say you shouldn't be able to feel it ,  my midwife told me no one can tell you what they feel like they usally sharp or achy pains that last 1 to 3 mins then go ,  your belly usally goes hard from tightening.  Mine are very painful but don't last long for you they might be completly different.  Hope you're ok though :)
