So since last night I've had the worst stomach pain, and just felt so sick. Fever last night, worse stomach aches in months, urge to throw up and upset stomach I can't eat at all and have dirreah. Ewww I know. I was wondering if anyone knew something good I could take or suggestions on feeling better? I'm at work and feel like complete 💩💩💩
