Weird stomach pains

Can someone tell me what was happening? Or if I should be calling my doc.

So anyways last night around 10:30 I started feeling really crappy, my tummy was in pain. I had just ate a big meal a half hour before. And then the tummy pain just got worse and worse , it was like my body was trying to build up a big fart but I nevvvver farted! And the pain was constant and I never got a break from it, so that's how I know it wasn't braxton Hicks. So I waited an hour and took a shower and felt a tiny bit better. Then I laid down and it got worse!!! The same feeling. And then I had the urge to puke and when I did I puked up a little bit of blood, and I thought it was just my teeth bleeding but it definitely wasn't so I have no idea why that happend. And so I went to lay down again and still had the pain and I just had to suck it up and try and sleep cause it never got better. and now today I'm fine , does any one know what's going on?
