Water birth/birth center story--pictures with boobs out

Nadine • My first pregnancy ❤️
He is so beautiful and perfect :) I went into labor shortly before losing my mucus plug at 7pm April 21st. I labored at home for a few hours and showered before heading to the birth center. By the time it was time to get in the car all modesty went out the window and I got to the birth center wearing a large tshirt, no pants, no underwear, and huge house shoes that happened to be next to the door on the way out the house 😂
We made it to the birth center and I was so relieved to see my midwifes face because I was panicking through each contraction. She made me focus and make a really deep "oooo" sound (it made the contractions SOO much easier to get through). I went from laying in bed, to the toilet, to the tub laboring for a total of 15 Hours 😬
Finally I felt like I needed to poop really really bad but the midwives said that's the baby's head! So I got back in the tub and started to push with each contraction and before I knew it I reached down and felt a little head. It only burned in the front of my vaginal opening so the midwife told me to support that part with my hand and slowly push him out. One more push and his head came then his body just flew right out!! My partner caught him and the midwife took the bag of waters off of his head and I HAD A BABY IN MY ARMS!
