Yep, definite toenail fungus. They are extremely extremely difficult to get rid of! I had that for over ten years, tried every brand of the over the counter stuff and every natural remedy the Internet could spit out at me, and nothing. I finally caved, went to the doctor, and he put me on a 12-week course of oral antifungal medicine. I'm week 9 into it and healthy nail is finally growing out.

Good luck with it. They're such a pain in the butt.
