Help! FTM wanting to avoid induction

I am almost 37 weeks along and feeling an insane amount of pressure on my vagina and butt. I have intense braxton Hicks contractions everyday and my discharge has changed to a clear/white stretchy consistency.

I also have started taking EPO three times a day and hope to go into labor soon. My doctor gave me the go ahead to induce labor at home after 35 weeks due to a dependency (not like I have a drug problem, just that I need it everyday) to heart medication. I has a seriously fast heart rate that almost had me induced but they found a medication that helped but my doctor doesn't like having me on it too long.

How can I get things going so I can have my baby this week or next week? I am not wanting to be induced like my doctor would like.
