So today I woke up with this rash inside the crease of my leg and public area... it hurts really bad.

Yesterday I didn't go anywhere and i didnt wear any underwear so i dont think its a friction burn. I stayed home all day in my pjs.

It doesn't itch or anything, it's just really uncomfortable and pretty painful. Ive been trying to keep it dry since it feels like the top layer lf skin has beem rubbed off.

Any ideas on what this can be? I know it's not an std, and it's not from having sex. Please help
