"Claimed" names

My sister has claimed a name if she ever had kids she is 29 and does not like commitment so doesn't stay with the same guy more than a few months well I was discussing names I'd like for my baby daughter when I told her one she said she's claiming that if she ever has a baby girl now my husband and I both like it and it's a serious contender for our baby girl here's my question would you name your baby a name even though a family member already claimed it for a future child she isn't sure she will ever have
