Numerous duplicate baby shower gifts without a receipt

What do I do with them? There's plenty of items that I still need, and I bought pretty much all the necessities and then some. I received like four of the same kind of baby grooming kits, but only one had a gift receipt. I'm thankful for the gifts, but I have no use for multiples of the same items. What should I do since I don't have the gift receipts for them, and a lot of these items weren't on my registry.
