So much pain:(

Im 18 weeks 3days with my little boy and ive been having pressure.

I went to the drs Friday he told me my cervix is as hard as a rock. And nothing to worry ab. I told him my other concerns i had and he totally didnt reasure me at all.. if i even put my leg up to like move my self up on the bed or whatever theres so much pressure i could cry. I tried to move a 3 lb box today at my job with my foot so much pressure and pain i couldnt move for a min... its "down there" too

Idk what to do idont wanna call my dr again ab it when he said im fine but it feels like its getting worse 😢😢😢 i work the nxt 11 days straight so i dnt have time to really go. I wouls obv make it happen advice?? Aaa
