Do you feel there's too much immodesty in the community? Like excessive descriptions of sex, body parts or acts of sex in both voting polls and topic discussions?

I prefer when sexual topics are discussed in a technical sense and come across as real questions/discussions, not just descriptive storytelling.

In other words, I prefer "penis" and "anus" over "dick" and "ass."

But maybe that's just me...

Everything from intercourse to pregnancy can be discussed fully even without being indecent , just by not discussing the aspects that will arouse sexual feelings and imaginations. 
Personally , I feel its incorrect to discuss about everything that goes on in the intimate relation. It just takes away the fascination and the mesmerizing charm of sex, by making it something as commonly talked about like any other normal aspect of life... its as easy as drinking water.
Maybe thats why some women have difficulty to orgasm, even when they do all sorts of things to excite themselves
 Coz they have lost the fascinating dazzle of true intimacy by making it an open and cheap matter.
 Anyway, I guess its a matter of self dignity.

Definitely. I think it's great that people can ask questions and such, but there's no need to use slang terms for body parts, etc. We should be able to ask questions and discuss things without being immodest.

I do not like body parts being discussed with words like "dick" and "pussy". The P word especially makes me uncomfortable. But other then that I think it's perfectly fine for females to discuss topics about sex. If ones asking it, hundreds are thinking it.
