My abortion

I had an abortion not too long ago. My fist child I had a misscarrage. I was devastated. But I was just starting college and was working a lot and didn't know how to handle this unexpected baby I was scared and no one knew except me and the father of the baby. I regret it everyday and the pain I feel kills me. I feel like no one understands. Don't judge my decisions don't be nasty. I already regret this horrible mistake I have made. Please help if you have ever made the same decision.
