Bowel Movements (Please don't judge)

Hello, so I've been having some issues in the bathroom. I've been very gassy and have having watery poop but its semi solid and pain in my stomach muscles. I'm constantly running to the bathroom and its difficult to do that in school. Could it be irritable bowel syndrome or something else?
