am I just being paranoid?

I'm very sexually active (like sex everyday type of thing) I had my period almost 2 weeks ago but I'm feeling paranoid. I keep having terrible headaches and I looked it up and supposedly tension headaches are common during the first trimester. I've been taking birth control for the past 4 months. Please help
