It's honest to god not that bad. If your so gets freaked out tell him to just go take a shower. That or join him in the shower. Water helps stop the blood. But when your hormones go up on your period...it feels 10x better.

I really want to try having sex on my period, just once but my SO is extremely grossed out by the idea. Which sucks because I am so much more hornier during my period.

Craziest thing lol because the first time my boyfriend and I tried I got my period. He pulled out and saw that I was bleeding! I was so embarrassed I cried and he just held me said it was okay. The second time he came to visit I got my period again so we purposely tried in the shower. It felt good cause your more sensitive but I didn't like seeing the mess.
