Working while pregnant

Hi everyone

I work at a retail store stocking I sometimes lift heavy boxes when unloading trucks. And I'm 5 days late on my cycle if I am pregnant I think I would be 3 weeks along (testing Thursday) could my current job position have a health effect on the baby?
