Dha supplement?
Is it necessary to continue DHA supplements when breastfeeding? I currently take Rainbow Lite Prenatal and a DHA supplement. I've read mixed things on continuing the DHA. I forgot to ask my LO ped yesterday. Any thoughts? I eat very healthy, and try to get natural sources of omegas.
