Reflux

I think my 2 month old has a silent reflux problem you can hear him sometimes have fluid come up & he coughs & gags sometimes there is some spit up but usually just the cough & gag. It looks so uncomfortable& there's nothing I can do I've emailed his doctor but no response yet.. Has anyone else had this problem? What can u do to relieve? He is breastfed is it sometime in my milk causing it ?
