Boobs!!!!

Omg! Baby girl is 3 days old and my milk came in yesterday full force. I'm a 40 H so my boobs are huge it's hard to feed baby without having to do it 2 handed I pump and breastfeed so she is always getting my milk even with bottle. My supply is triple the demand and even with pumping I'm so engorged and it hurts so bad ? Any ideas on how to take some of the pain away without having to pump 3 to 4 Oz every 30 min :/
