Stop worrying about weight gain

This may sound harsh but I think it's a little selfish. If you weren't at a healthy weight previous to getting pregnant, I'm not talking to you, though you still shouldn't be concerned about losing weight until baby comes. Ladies, you are going to gain weight. If you continue or start exercising and maintain a healthy diet you won't gain a ton, but your making a human. Poundage is the nature of the beast. So relax. Enjoy being jolly and focus on being healthy and keeping baby healthy. Do you really want a malnourished baby and nice bikini body? If you said yes to that, you shouldn't be having a baby, and I'm not sorry to say that.
