Ectopic Aftermath & TTC

About 3 1/2 years ago I was being rushed into emergency surgery to save my life. I had just found out I was pregnant, it was ectopic, and I was about to die from internal bleeding. When i woke up from my surgery I found out my left ovary & left fallopian tube had to be removed completely. I was told my right ovary would completely take over and act as both ovaries. So now 3 1/2 years later, my husband and I have been trying to concieve for 6 months now and its not happenening. I also have Hypothyroidism. Any advice or encouraging words?
