Ultrasound recheck 😢😭💔

I went yesterday for my one week ultrasound recheck. They found the sac and yolk sac....but no baby...no heart rate. My sac last week put me at 6 weeks and 2 days yesterday I was 6 weeks and 3 days. My doctor told me I can try and have my miscarriage on my own or have a D&C. I was so confused and heart broken. I go back in 3 weeks to see if I've passed the sac on my own. I'm leaving this in God's hands. I'm just hoping he keeps me strong while I'm going through this pain and all my emotions.

Has anyone passed there sac or miscarriage on there own without surgery??? Advice to how to keep strong and not want to cry all the time.
