5w4d bleeding

I noticed some blood when I went to the bathroom and have had blood every time I wipe for about an hour now, but not enough to even land on a pad. I'm also having a little bit of stomach pain but idk if they're related or if the pain is from contipation. How much blood is too much? And when should I go to the ER? I know some spotting can be normal and I don't want to go if I don't have to.
