I need some answers. So confused!

So this happened. But I had a period at the end of March. I am 2 days late today. But I had a life changing sad event happen right around my last period and I don't even think I've had sex since then. Married with 2 small children and totally ok if this is true. But could I have gotten pregnant before my last period and had some kind of false period?!  Otherwise I've forgotten to track intercourse (highly unlikely) or this is a false positive. Help!!
