I feel so guilty :'( booooo.

I've been CRAVING seafood lately. I'm from the beach and grew up there my entire life so seafood is like part of my diet. However since becoming pregnant I laid off of it so there are so worries of food poisoning or murcery levels in my pregnancy diet. But a few days ago I ate sushi (California roll only) and last night I ate a BUNCH of crab legs and shrimp. And now this morning I'm having a cup of coffee.
I feel so awful for putting foods in my body that I know I shouldn't have but only crap I needed it and I feel so satisfied now. But guilty at the same time :/ Anybody else experience this??
