Spotting at 6 weeks 5 days!!!! ❓❓

Hi girls,   So I'm getting really scared, I've been spitting on and off for the past two weeks, at first it was brownish and now it's more pinkish reddish, but it's only at the end of my pee.  How can this be normal?  I didn't spot at all my first time around.  I have a doctor appointment till Monday.   Should I wait and pray it's just old blood?  Or go to er for peace of mind?   Anyone else going though this ?
