Symptoms?!

I had unprotected sex almost 2 weeks ago. Recently I've been urinating much more than usual and I'm hungry which I usually am not always this hungry, and 3 hours ago I got a little crampy but I didn't think anything of it because it wasn't as bad as my period cramps which are awful. Then an hour after my cramps, I was standing and it felt like a little drip so I went to the bathroom and wiped and it was a brownish pink blood. It wasn't heavy it was fairly light and there wasn't much but it wasn't a drop or two either. I stopped taking my bc pills, which I had only been on 4 days before sex so they obviously weren't in effect yet. Does this sound like pregnancy symptoms or am I just paranoid?
