Bleeding while pregnant

Hi everyone I recently found out that I am 5weeks pregnant as of yesterday when I go to the toilet I'm passing blood, it's long stringy & watery I have had no cramps I went to the doctor & my blood level was low they sent me for a blood test but the pathology was closed, has anyone else experienced this and has everything been okay even after passing blood? The pathology won't be open for another 3days so I won't know nothing until then I'm really worried and don't want to have a miscarriage as I've already had one and been trying to get pregnant for awhile now! Please help
