Anyone with kids in daycare. Please help
Okay so long story short my 4 year old autistic son started day care last Tuesday. The day went great no problems. He went in Thursday ..... I got a call from the owner telling me to come pick up my son because he was disturbing the other kids while they had nap time...I got my son and as soon as I came to him all I could smell was poop. He had it all up his back and his pull up was very full!!! Well duh mabye that's why he was cranky and wouldn't settle. And... My son doesn't nap, hez very busy.....so his resource teacher and I came up with a plan that she would go in Tuesday and Thursday during nap time and help them stratigize ways to help him deal. Well I got a call from the owner yesturday on Friday saying that it is unexceptable that my son behave this way. And it was the law kids have an hour of nap/rest time and they have to stay on their mat no mater what. Well before bringing my son to the day care they knew that my son was highly autistic and it was fine. They said they had extra help with special needs kids. Awsome okay... Well the first day I drop him off a lady asks me if he naps I said no. Okay fine she said.... that's all that was said about nap time. Well the owner said yesturday that they cannot accommodate Jackston amd he can only come Tuesday and Thursday morning because they don't have the extra help. and he lady that deals with special needs have to many autistic children to look after.....why the hell didn't they say this to me when I applied???? I am so angry. And my son's resource teacher can't come in and help because it's against the law and all she can do apparently is sit there and watch. She can't do a thing with my son. Give me a fucking break.... okay so my question is can u get this company in trouble because their discriminating against my child. There turning him down because he's to much for them to take care of. When they told me they could. I'm so hurt by this. Thank you for ur help
