Was supposed to start the 23rd

I am officially one week late, my cervix is high, very soft and closed... Been taking hpt and all coming back negative... I got a blood test on the 20th and on the 26th and both came up negative with a level of below 2... My cycle is normally 31 days and I have never been this late before. I am getting confused, why would AF be so late, my cervix be soft, high and closed at this time also and still be getting negatives? My nipples are also extremely sensitive (I'm still breastfeeding my 16 month old) I am having clear runny cm and up untill yesterday I was getting white creamy along with the runny. My stomach has become a bottomless pit and I have been getting emotional for the past week now... Anyone have this and get a bfp later or turn out to just not be pregnant and having a weird month?
