Nauseous

So apparently I'm 4 weeks hcg is 132. This is my 4th pregnancy the other 3 which leading in miscarriages and this time around I feel absolutely horrible anything with sauce I almost can't keep down and almost every smell is getting to me . Anyone else have signs this early ? And what can I do to get rid of this sickness it's been constant for the past 2 hrs strait and every second I smell something I didn't smell before -_-
