Anyone track BBT?

Wondering if anyone tracks their bbt!? And if so, what have you learned? How long have you tracked? When do you take your temp?

I've learned that my temp is nothing like it's supposed to be lol constantly up and down I take it right after I wake up

I started tracking my BBT at the end of March. I ended up conceiving shortly after but still track to see that my temp stays slightly elevated. I always take my temp before getting out of bed, before I was pregnant I took it at 7:30am consistently but now I just take it when I wake which is anywhere from 7-8:30am depending on my toddler haha. So as far as tracking my cycle I can't say I learned to much since I conceived shortly after I started tracking. However I did notice the spike in BBT which indicates ovulation occurred, I also noticed a second spike about 7DPO which made me curious if that was a spike due to implantation. At 15-16DPO AF was a day late my temp was still elevated so I took a test and got a BFP, confirmed with bloodwork. This cycle was our third TTC. I had started tracking BBT to help with learning my cycle better and pin pointing ovulation. Crazy that a temp can tell so much!
