Target and buy buy baby had the best welcome bags. Target has the best scanner at least at mine that allows you to get online items added at the same time. Buy buy baby had the best customer service and help for picking out baby gear

Babies r us and target gives the best. I registered at both places. Even gave me free Starbucks coupon for but one get one free. Gives out honest diaper & wipes samples pampers diapers & wipes, bottle and pacifier. I just seen someone make a post about how dissatisfied they were by Amazon bag.
