Help please!

Hi guys, im kinda new on here. After 3 years of unprotected sex with my fiancee we were wondering why i wasnt getting pregnant. Not knowing there was only a few days a month when conception is possible. So i started glow a few months ago. Today i am five days past ovulation and my cervix is really high and so soft its almost blended in. For the past few days ive been having so abdominal pain. So, isnt the cervix suppose to be low and firm after ovulation?
