Had the worse pain ever!! Need some input!!

I woke up to a pain I never felt before and it felt like almost a Charlie horse in my abdomen and it swooped around to my back. It lasted for about 20 to 30 seconds but felt like eternity. The reason I compared it to a Charlie horse was because a couple of hours earlier I had one in my leg.  I'm thinking it was Braxton hicks. Anybody else experience this? I'm 34 and 6 thanks
