Advice needed

Hello ladies ..I need ure advice plz..I'm 9+2 weeks pregnant and yesterday it was confirmed that my baby stopped growing at 6 weeks .. my question is : is it OK to wait till I miscarry naturally and not harm me as adviced by doc or should I go for a d&c?? I'm a bit concerned since he's dead for like 3 to 4 weeks now.. I'm feeling too tired but not bleeding or having any other symptoms ..
