I'm trying to lose weight!
I'm 5'5 I'm 28 years old and I have 3 kids. 8, 7 and 3 years old. I'm 175 I Wana be Atlease 150. I use to be 145 before I had my 3 year old. But it's so imposible I try to exercise every day and eat healthy but I can because my husband eats like every min and he makes me want what he's eating. I'm frustraded I don't know what to do. Any ideas or diests I should take.
