URGENT scared...plz read period only 2 days

I usually have horrible heavy painful periods. I take opiods for pain they are that bad! They have been averaging 4 days and moderate to heavy. This period started friday at 3am. And now its only sunday and there is not a drop of blood or a cramp in sight. Making my period only last from 3 am friday to 9am sunday like 2 days?!? Is something wrong or is this normal? Could i be pregnant? I mean yesterday the amount of blood was about 3 pads full.. so i thought surly too much for implantation. Please help im worried. Ttc aince august 2015
