Weird!!

So my cousin had a dream about her deceased mom that passed away from cancer and she said she felt like the dream was real when they was face-to-face and then all of a sudden she said that there is someone in the family that's pregnant but she's not revealing and now everyone is looking at my mom and asked am i pregnant now it got me thinking.... not everybody thinks I'm pregnant when I know I'm not pregnant... lol I don't even know how to respond to that.... could it be fate talking in some kind of way or maybe it may be a sign, what are your thoughts about it?
