Is it wrong of me to reevaluate my marriage if my husband only wants one kid but I want another one?

Me and my husband are married and our first child is three. And I want another baby. I've always seen myself with 3 children and we've just potty trained our child and she's now out of diapers. And we can well afford it. I just want another baby. I've been hinting at one for a while.hes just told me that he only wants one child and no more than one. What do I do?

I understand that you want another child but think about how this will affect your child's life. How do you think your three year old will deal with parents splitting up? How do you think it will affect them later in life? Will you find someone else? Someone else who wants more kids or wants to take care of someone else's? I think ending a marriage simply because you want more kids and he doesn't isn't right. Talk to him about it. Actually tell him that you want another kid. Sometimes dropping hints never works because men are stupid and won't always get them.

I've read your past post about this.  And sorry but with you withholding sex and reevaluating your relationship is just pure craziness.  Think if you really really didn't want to go out and do something but he Really wanted to.  And didn't talk to you didn't sleep with you.  Didn't even say I love you.  Sounds pathetic right? Thats not something you can do yourself and if he doesnt want another child you basically cant have one with him so dont break up with him and ruin your 1 childs life just because you wanted another.
Dont worry maybe he'll change his thoughts on that.

It's weird how many woman are against you on this. I think it's normal for you to question your relationship, I mean babies are a big deal and having children is amazing and no it's not for everyone but it's a big deal if you want to expand a family and he doesn't want to, you just have to give up wanting a big family because he says so? No. Try to talk to him, maybe compromise and wait another year or two if that helps him feel better, but if he truly doesn't want anymore don't you dare feel bad for thinking of your options, are you truly okay with never having anymore children? If you love your life enough and think he's a great man then maybe it's worth it. But if it's not, don't beat yourself up, you make your own decisions

You'll need to come to some kind of compromise and have a serious talk about it. Perhaps this should have been discussed before marriage? My hubby and I always agreed on having three children well before we ever got married and started having kids. I hope you'll be able to convince him to have more than one. I think reevaluating your marriage is a bit drastic (unless of course you did agree to have more than one child before you married him).

Its a lil weird to leave your husband for a child who doesnt even exist. I think you both need to come to an understanding.... what if your first were twins???  Men think in a different zone... if you love him to a point where a baby and your husband both are important to you. ..talk it out. Choice is yours.  My best wishes!!!

My hubs and I are in a similar situation. I knew I always wanted 2, and he said he wanted 2 when we got together.
Now that we have one, he says he only wants one. But I want another.
Doesn't mean I'm not going to stay with him.
Just have to try a little harder to convince him 😹😏
