Spicy foods are okay for alot of women. There are some unfortunate ones (like me) who can't eat them while pregnant because it cause pre-labor contractions. Spicy foodssn/snacks are my absolute favorite but I can't even take a tiny bite of the edge of a hot cheeto. I can't even begin to express how jealous I am 😭😭😭

I do every once in a while lol.  There's no nutritional value so I wouldn't eat them all the time.... But I did have them for dinner one night last week 😂
