Help?!

So I just had my son 5 weeks ago, my husband and I had sex for the first time since I gave birth. And omg!!! It was very painful! I couldn't handle the pain that we had to stop.

Is this normal??? Is this happening to other people as well??
And how long before it stops hurting?!

(I know it's not because of low lubrication, because I was extremely wet☺️ I know tmi)

Maybe 5 weeks were to early.... Give you time to heal..... Try again very slowly in 2 weeks. Sometimes you need to wait a few weeks until your stiches are completely healed. Be patient!

It's different for everyone. Depends on so many factors! For me it took about six weeks to feel good having sex. Started at 2 weeks PP with both my kids but I have friends that had pain until 6 months PP. Ask your doctor if you think something is up otherwise just take it slow

I had my son almost 17weeks ago so almost 4 months ago and it barely hurts now I've been able to enjoy it again. So it took me awhile till it stop hurting hopefully that doesn't happen to you

Should wait until you are cleared for your six weeks. You still may have stitches there and ripped them abd you aren't healed completely.
