HSG vs SHG?

I had my HSG done already, having a SHG done next month before my FET. Curious about whether the pain of the SHG is comparable, worse, or not as bad? My HSG was very uncomfortable due to abnormal tubes so is like to be a little more prepared for the SHG if it's going to be painful 😬

SHGs are nothing compared to a HSG, I was so worried and it's not bad at all. you barely even feel it. The HSG I was screaming, they kept pitting dye in to see if they could open my tube...I was not prepared for that all. I had blood coming down my legs right after. The SHG I could have slept through it lol

my hsg was the worst pain ever. I have blocked tubes from a miscarriage. the shg wasn't too bad. just uncomfortable and a little crampy after. like pp said bring a pad for saline leaks after.

Make sure u have a pad for after. When u sit up the saline will be leaking out
