How to be sexy and confident?

I see shows and hear stories of my girl friends being hella confident and such with boys and I dont feel like I can do that. I try to imagine myself in lingerie or even having sex and I just can't... Advice?

The key is to do and be what makes YOU feel sexy and confident, not what you think other people will find sexy.
Get comfortable with your body, don't be ashamed of a single part of it. Treat your body well, look after it; its the only one you get.
