How long did you wait

So I've been trying for over a year now for a baby with my partner with no luck at all. This month I thought my period had came early (around a week early) I had all the signs bloating, cramping, my crave of chocolate lol but the bleeding only lasted a few hours then stopped again.

Could this be implantation bleeding - I can feel myself getting excited but I don't want to celebrate just yet.

If any of you guys have had implantation bleeding how long did you wait before positively testing 😊
