In Texas, when you have your baby do they drug test you and your baby? Is it under my consent? How do they test?

Lets all try to be mature and only simply answer my question without rude comments. Please.

I have not done any drugs besides me smoking marijuana BEFORE i knew i was pregnant. I do not smoke ciggarettes, i do not drink, i have not done any other drugs besides marijuana.

I'm simply worried that they will take my baby away from me after delivery cause I failed or the baby failed the drug test.

Please don't be judgemental, i just need answers. If you dont know then simply do not reply to this, or if you plan on replying just to make me feel more terrible than i already do, dont.
