Zero alcohol
I'm 23 and before I got pregnant I was able to hold my own. I was never a party person but on occasion would go out with friends my husband etc weve all had a few of "those nights" and I've always loved wine. Well since having my son it's a no no I can't take more than a few sips without feeling sick. I guess those days are over. Lol
