I have a question that I'm trying to help a friend with. Jack has a good paying job. Jill has no job. Jack is not on the child's birth certificate because Jill cheated around the time she got pregnant. Jill is threatening to keep the child away from his dad and plans on taking Jack to court for support and visitation set up. Jack knows he'll have to get a DNA test done to know for sure if the child's his. But how does it all work if Jill does not have a job? The only way she can support the child is with help from family.
